Chamber, COPPeR seek business and art nominations

The Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and COPPeR, the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region, are seeking nominations for businesses and business leaders.

Nominations are needed for philanthropy, creative work space, and business leader in the arts awards.

Winners will be announced Oct. 4, at the third annual Business & Arts Awards Luncheon at the Antlers Hilton hotel downtown.

Deadline for nominations submissions is 5 p.m. Aug. 27.

Nomination forms can be downloaded at ColoradoSpringsChamber.org or at COPPeR’s website.

Past winners include The Gazette, Bristol Brewing Company, Shuga’s, The Citadel mall, Promenade Shops at Briargate, Jim Johnson of G.E. Johnson Construction and retired attorney Phil Kendall.
