Maytag Aircraft Corp. wins $23 million in Army contracts

Two Department of Defense contracts worth more than $23 million have been awarded to the Maytag Aircraft Corp. in Colorado Springs.
The first contract is a $13.7 million contract to provide operation, maintenance, security and safety services for U.S. government-owned aviation and ground fuel facilities, including those in Germany.
The second, for $10 million will be for similar worldwide services needed by the U.S. Army.
The contracts were awarded by the Defense Logistics Agency office at Fort Belvoir, Va.
