Fourth Judicial District Judge David Prince has been nominated for appointment to the Colorado Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court Nominating Commission met in Denver yesterday and today to interview and select three candidates for a vacancy on the court created by the retirement of Chief Justice Mary J. Mullarkey.
The other two nominees are Monica Marquez and Robert Russel, both from Denver.
Gov. Bill Ritter now has 15 days to make an appointment.
