Xtivia, which has offices in Colorado Springs,  acquired a Denver information services organization earlier this month.

Xtivia is a $20 million company, and recently purchased Connect: The Knowledge Network, which focuses on data warehousing for business and health care organizations.

“The acquisition furthers Xtivia’s strategy by enhancing our data warehousing and health care expertise,” said CEO Dennis Robinson.

Connect was founded in 1992. Its owner, Maureen Clarry, will continue as managing director of the company.

Xtivia has offices in New York, New Jersey and Texas and is a subsidiary of Matrix-IT LTD.
