Griffis/Blessing, Inc. will provide property management services for the 54,429-square-foot Class A Bancorp Plaza office building at 1 S. Nevada Ave.

Management had previously been handled in-house.

The commercial building’s history included initial construction in 1970 followed by a complete exterior shell and interior remodel in 2008. The building has been occupied by Central Bancorp’s banking, insurance and real estate-related business divisions since that time.

Griffis Blessing Portfolio Manager Karen Oerter and management assistant Liz Seeger will manage the downtown facility.

Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Griffis/Blessing manages 6 million square feet of commercial and multifamily property throughout Colorado. The company has provided property management and real estate investment services in Colorado since 1985.
