Woodmoor Pines acquired by Tri-Lakes Golf

Tri-Lakes Golf, LLC has completed the purchase of Woodmoor Pines Golf and Country Club.

The private club and community centerpiece of the Woodmoor area in Monument joins two public courses – Kings Deer Golf Club and Pagosa Springs Golf Club – which were acquired by Tri-Lakes Golf earlier this year.

Depending on their membership category, golf members can play at one club or at all three. Other membership levels include Athletic, Tennis, Swim, Fitness, Social and Corporate memberships.

In addition, Tri-Lakes has chosen Legend Golf Management to manage day-to-day operations. Legend’s executive team includes CEO Robert Williams, COO Vic Harshberger and CFO Joe Zalewski.

Harshberger and Zalewski are both local residents and have been associated with Woodmoor Pines for several years.

Williams who has been involved in more than 100 golf course acquisitions as past CEO of American Golf Management said the club’s scenic location, value to the surrounding community and its attractive membership categories made it a solid acquisition.

More than $2 million in capital improvements, including a water-saving irrigation system, have been completed since 2007.
