Colorado Springs-based DOSS Aviation has been awarded a $21 million contract for expanded work for flight screening services at the U.S. Air Force Academy.
This is the sixth contract the company has won since 2009 that encompasses work through 2017.
Doss Chief Information Officer Dan Ellis said the company currently operates at 21 different sites throughout the world that employ about 500 people. The firm also generates about $50 million in annual revenue.
In addition to flight screening, all pilot and navigator candidates prior to entry in to U.S. Air Force training, the company also provides fueling services to bases around the globe.
