3Q good for Colo. VC investment

Venture capital investment in Colorado companies rose by about $20 million in the third quarter of the year compared with the second quarter, according to the the National Venture Capital Association.
Still, investment totals remain the lowest in Colorado since 1996.
Start-up and seed funding was also slow in the third quarter, receiving only 3 percent of funding.
