Bob Moody will serve as the 2010-2011 chairman of the Colorado Competitive Council, or C3, a statewide business advocacy group C3 members include chambers of commerce, trade associations and businesses. Moody is vice president of government affairs for the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Matthew Benson has been promoted to the position of senior manager for North Highland. He will be responsible for planning, overseeing and guiding large client projects . Benson began his career at North Highland in 2007.

Dutch Ross has joined Gallagher Benefit Services as a senior client consultant. He has been an employee benefits broker and consultant for a more than a decade and formerly ran his own consulting firm, Ross Benefits Consulting in Avon, Colorado.

Lorelle Davies is the new Director of Auxiliary Services for Pikes Peak Community College. She will begin her new job Nov. 1. She has 16 years of retail management experience and ,ost recently worked for Staples, Inc. as a general manager where she was responsible for developing local community marketing for three stores.

Cynthia Szarka has been promoted to the position of tax senior for accounting firm Stockman Kast Ryan + Co.

Lisa Miller has been appointed acting chief medical officer for Colorado by Gov. Bill Ritter.

Scot Shollenbarger is the new CFO for Colorado Springs Health Partners.

Gary Mustian is the new Director of Technical and Professional Staffing for ADD STAFF, Inc. He is replacing Joseph Swanson who is retiring after 17 years with the company. Mustian was formerly director of Americas Staffing Organization for Hewlett-Packard.

Rick Mack has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of human resources for Aspenpointe.

Mark Vogtner has been promoted to the position of vice president of information technology for Aspenpointe.

BJ Scott, CEO of Peak Vista Community Health Centers has been named a regional representative to the board of directors of the National Association of Community Health Centers.

Maureen Tarrant, president and CEO of Sky Ridge Medical Center has been appointed chairwoman of the Colorado Hospital Association board of trustees for the 2010-11 term.

Two Faegre & Benson lawyers have been named 2011 Lawyers of the Year in their respective practices by the publication Best Lawyers.

Randy Atwater has been appointed president of Everest College’s Colorado Springs campus. Atwater has more than 15 years experience.

Samuel Cole is the new president of Aleut Management Services. He previously was vice president of strategic initiatives for BAE Systems.
