Denver traffic 10th worst in nation, Springs not on list

If you’ve ever driven in Denver’s rush-hour traffic and thought it must be some of the worst around, your suspicions may have just been confirmed.

Colorado Springs neighbor to the north has been ranked as having the 10th worst rush hour among U.S. cities, according to a ranking released Monday by mapping and navigation service Navteq.

The company drew on traffic data gathered in 113 markets, and Colorado Springs did not make the list.

New York topped the worst-rush-hours list, followed by Washington, then San Francisco.
