The 2011 employment outlook for Colorado Springs was described as “stagnant,” and “one of the weakest in the nation,” by a Manpower Inc. survey released today.
Only 11-percent of the Colorado Springs companies interviewed plan to hire more workers in 2011, 14-percent plan to reduce staff, and 71-percent say they will keep staff at current levels.
The survey predicts a three-percent net loss for Colorado Springs.
