Bob Harney has joined Alliance Storage Technologies as director of global sales. Harney has more than 20 years in the software and data storage industry.

Brady Fitzwater has been hired as an audit senior by Stockman Kast Ryan + Co. accounting firm. Fitzwater previously worked with KPMG, Ernst & Young and Maxwell Locke & Ritter.

Whitner Belk has joined Dovetail Solutions as a marketing coordinator. She has national brand positioning and online marketing experience. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as design coordinator for Ralph Lauren’s Black Label women’s clothing line team in New York.

William Crouch is now on the Memorial Health System Foundation Board. He is a retired cardiothoracic surgeon and works as Director of Extended Studies for Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences at UCCS. He serves on the AspenPointe board and the Peak Vista fundraising board.

Recognizing the increasingly important role of the cyber domain and how it relates to the needs and missions of corporate and military customers, the Space Foundation has hired cyberspace expert Art Ratkewicz as manager of cyber initiatives. He has worked at Air Force Space Command m U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Forces Korea and in private industry at Booz Allen Hamilton, Atmel and Texas Instruments.

John Ikard, president and CEO of FirstBank Holding Company has been named a Community Banker of the Year by American Banker magazine.

Bill Elder has been promoted to the position of Operations Commander for the Fountain Police Department.

Clint Kramer and Chris Howland have joined the Fountain Police Department as patrol officers.

E-470 acting executive director John McCuskey has been named the executive director of the E-470 Public Highway Authority. Kristick, a Springs resident, was promoted to deputy executive director in addition to his position as director of operations. Joe Donahue is now chief financial officer of the Authority, and Jason Myers has been named controller.

Michelle Milner has been appointed as 2-1-1 Center Manager for the Pikes Peak United Way. She most recently worked as operations manager for IDC, a fundraising firm in Las Vegas.

Randy Motisko has been promoted to assistant branch manager for the downtown Freedom Financial Services office. He is attending the University of Phoenix, working on a business degree.

Rae Loschen has joined The Bank at Broadmoor as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at the downtown branch.

Kent Hildebrand of Citadel Broadcasting and Lori Ganz of Memorial Health Systems have joined the March of Dimes Southern Colorado Board of Directors.
