Colorado Sen. Mark Udall says he wants to learn about jobs and is visiting a suburban Denver security company to talk to employees.

The Democrat planned a stop Thursday at ADT Security Services in Aurora to ask workers how lawmakers could improve the economy.

Colorado’s other senator, fellow Democrat Michael Bennet, is focusing on education while the Senate is off. Bennet visited a Colorado Springs elementary school on Wednesday.

Udall also planned to visit a Denver courthouse on Thursday to speak at the swearing-in ceremony for John Walsh, U.S. Attorney for Colorado.
