The Pentagon Federal Credit Union Foundation, a nonprofit organization working to meet the unmet needs of military personnel and their families, has named Christopher J. Flynn as its new president and chief executive officer. Prior to joining PenFed, he was president and chief executive officer of Primary Bank in Peterborough, N.H.

The Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado has named new members to its foundation board of trustees. They include Patsy Buchwald, CEO, president, and owner of the Colorado Springs Balloon Classic; Michael C. Pennica, founder and president of the Pennica Financial Group; and Kelly Shaffer, vice present and COO of ADD STAFF.

Ent Federal Credit Union has promoted Darrell Noble to the position of director of consumer lending sales. Noble has been with Ent for more than nine years and started out as a lending specialist in Ent’s call center.

Charlie Jones has returned to First Business Brokers, Ltd., as a senior broker associate and mergers and acquisition specialist, after a yearlong leave of absence on a consulting project. He brings 30 years of entrepreneurial expertise to the job.

The Space Foundation has named new members to its board of directors. New members are: Gary Ervin, corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems; James Maser, president of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne; and Kay Sears, president of Intelsat General.

USAA has appointed Kent Fortune, a graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, to lead the office where he started his career with USAA in 1989. He will serve as vice president and general manager of the USAA Colorado Springs Campus.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers announces the association of Heidi Hudson and Sara Martin to Peak Vista’s Medical facilities. Hudson comes from Mountain View Medical Group and will provide care at its Convenient Care Center on Pikes Peak Ave. Martin was associated with the University of Colorado, Department of Family Medicine prior to joining Peak Vista at its Family Health Center at Union.

Red Lobster has announced the promotion of Matthew Youssef to general manager of the restaurant’s Colorado Springs location. He brings more than 10 years of restaurant experience to his new position.

Rae Loschen has been promoted to the position of vice president/commercial loan officer at the downtown branch of The Bank at Broadmoor. He has 19 years of banking experience and has lived in Colorado Springs since 1991.
