Allstate paying $5,000 for new hire referrals

Allstate Insurance Co. is hiring in the Colorado Springs area – and it’s offering a $5,000 reward for referrals. The Englewood-based company says it’s looking to appoint 54 agency owners and hire more than 80 licensed sales professionals throughout the state by the end of the year.

Allstate is offering $5,000 to anyone who refers a candidate who is qualified by the company’s team of recruiters and appointed as an Allstate agent in 2011. Candidates need a minimum of $50,000 of liquid capital to invest in their agency. The number to call? 1-877-711-1006. Company spokesperson Mele Telitz says it’s the same number whether you’re interested yourself or just want to refer a friend or family member. Or you can just log on to allstate.com.
