AspenPointe Enterprises, owner of the AspenPointe Café in Colorado Springs, is expanding to Douglas County, opening a second restaurant.
AspenPointe includes 12 organizations that help residents of southern Colorado with vocational training, services for mental health and substance abuse and education.
The Justice Way Café opened today at the Douglas County Robert A. Christensen Justice Center in Castle Rock.
The café will employ three people, offering breakfast and lunch foods, including breakfast burritos, lunch wraps, made-to-order sandwiches and soups.
Both cafes are social enterprises, providing solutions to some of society’s social issues. Profits at AspenPointe Café and Justice Way Café are invested back into the business and mission of AspenPointe, based in Colorado Springs.
