Mountain States Employers Council has added Patrick Butler and Ryan Nelson to its Colorado Springs office. Butler is a human resource consultant, and Nelson is a staff attorney specializing in employment law.

Kevin Bowcock has successfully completed FirstBank’s management trainee program and has been promoted to the position of banking officer. He works at the Stetson Hills and Powers boulevards branch.

Citizens Project has hired Bailey Harris as the organization’s director of development and communications. She will work to expand the organization’s fundraising, social media, and community outreach efforts.

Alphie Hutmacher, of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado Springs, has earned the Real Estate Owned certification from the REO Institute of Colorado.

Judy Cara has joined Kaiser Permanente in Denver as manager of corporate communications. Cara was previously with Intel in Colorado Springs as Community Relations Manager. Her most recent jobs include vice president of development and marketing for Mental Health America and director of corporate citizenship for the Western Union Foundation in Denver.

Dan Dummermuth is the new president/CEO of the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region. He has been the YMCA for more than 25 years and with the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region since 2003.

Boyd Williams is the new chief operating officer of the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region. He comes to the organization from the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee where he served as Vice-President of Membership. He has been serving the YMCA movement for over 17 years.

The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region has announced new board members for 2011. They are: Jay Kloster, CPA and partner at Erickson, Brown & Kloster, P.C; Matt Gruge, president / COO at Colomex Inc.; Julian Flores, director of business and operations for Atlas Preparatory School; and Gary Feffer of Fountain Colony Realtors.

Auer Woodley Hilderbrand & Sanders, a Colorado Springs-based certified public accounting firm has made several recent staff additions and promotions. Blane Clarkhas merged his firm into Auer Woodley and will be litigation manager. Colleen Evans has joined the firm as litigation specialist. Robin Tooma has also merged her company, Your CFO, Inc., with Auer Woodley, and joins as part of their accounting solutions group.

Dr. Amy Clauss is now an associate of Peak Vista Community Health Centers. She comes to Peak Vista from Academy Women’s Healthcare Associates in Colorado Springs.

Valerie Willimas is now an associate of Peak Vista Community Health Centers. She most recently worked with Penrose-St. Francis Health Services. Her specialties are with family practice and urgent care.

Jenee Einhardt is now an associate of Peak Vista Peak Vista Community Health Centers. She comes from Washington State where she was aligned with the Spokane Community Health Association.

Security Service Federal Credit Union has promoted Rebecca Bumgarner to the position of manager of its Fort Carson Service Center. She previously served as the service center’s assistant manager. She has nearly 10 years experience in the financial services industry.
