Deana Hunt has been named executive director of Child Care Connections. She has served as interim director since August and joined the Child Care Connections staff in 2006.

Clear Channel Radio has named Glynn Alan as market manager for Colorado Springs. He will be responsible for leading the Colorado Springs radio cluster operations. He joins Clear Channel from Entercom’s KOSI-FM in Denver, where he served as general sales manager.

The accounting and consulting firm of Richey, May & Co. has promoted  Steven Putnam to the position of director of tax services. He joined the firm in 2008. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1985, where he earned a Master of Science degree in business, with an emphasis in accounting.

Colorado Springs Utilities has selected Gary Bostrom as its new chief water services officer. He most recently served as general manager for planning, engineering and resource management in water services. He has more than 30 years experience in the water utility industry.

Griffis/Blessing has hired Rita Dugan as a portfolio manager, promoted Liz Seeger to the position of senior portfolio manager and promoted Kelly Clay to the position of portfolio manager. Jamie Balvanz has been re-hired as a portfolio assistant.

Robert Owens, former owner of Power Staffing for two years, has joined Apprentice Personnel. He will oversee the company’s sales and marketing initiatives in the areas of construction industry staffing needs. He brings 14 years of staffing experience to the job.

Patty Price is the new director of development for the Colorado Procurement Technical Assistance Center. She will lead the effort to raise private capital to support the center. She was formerly development director of the Federalist Society from 2001 through 2010.

Jacob Flesher has joined the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce as an account executive. He also works with local nonprofits, such as Imagination Celebration, Attitudes Academy and FutureSelf.
