Cripple Creek’s Century Casino Q4 revenue up 3%

Century Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek reported $2,458,000 in net operating revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31, a 3 percent increase over the $2,385,000 it reported for the corresponding quarter of 2009. Operating earnings, however, remained flat at less than $0.1 million, and for the year as a whole the casino reported a decrease in net operating revenue.

Cripple Creek’s parent company, Colorado Springs-based Century Casinos Inc., reported net operating revenue for the fourth quarter of $15.6 million, up 29 percent from the fourth quarter of 2009. For the year as a whole, net operating revenue increased by $11.0 million, up 22 percent over the previous year.
