Evan Pappas has joined KOAA as president and general manager. He comes from KSBY in San Luis Obispo, Calif.

Sarah Thomas has joined KOAA as its Internet sales director. She comes from WRGB in Albany, New York.

Regunall Graham has joined the SET clinic’s board of directors. Graham is a commercial sales consultant for Brown and Brown Insurance.

Jennifer Montoya, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado Springs, has been recognized with the Quality Service Certified platinum award from Quality Service Certification. Montoya earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College, graduating cum laude, and an MBA in real estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

David Fein, CEO of Colorado Springs-based ValuSource, has been named a semi-finalist in the Mountain Desert region for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Andrew Hershberger of Colorado Springs has joined Las Vegas-based Thomas Puckett Advertising as its Colorado managing partner. Hershberger has 20 years in the business and has worked in the past with Vladimir Jones and Cukjati Advertising.

Paul Sexton, chief operating officer of AspenPointe, has been appointed to the Social Enterprise Alliance board of directors, based in Washington, D.C.

Meeting the Challenge, Inc., has hired Kent Kelley as consulting services director. Meeting the Challenge is a consulting firm that helps organizations with compliance responsibilities under federal disability laws.

Advantage Manufacturing has named Rob Hampson as director of sales and marketing. He has more than 16 years experience in the industry. Prior to Advantage Manufacturing, he held a variety of similar positions at Excalibur Manufacturing, Lieb Precision Tool, Vertec Tool and Gehring Corp.

Calif.-based DisplayWorks, which designs and makes custom tradeshow exhibits has hired Kathryn Rue as an account executive in Colorado.
