Greccio Housing, a local nonprofit that provides affordable housing, has selected Gloria Mendoza as its director of property management. Mendoza replaces Tracey Griggs. Mendoza is a licensed realtor and is the founder and president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
Christy Stettler has rejoined Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation as a development coordinator. She has 20 years’ experience in the Colorado Springs nonprofit sector, and has served as as Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Center’s executive director.
Joseph Illig, M.D., will began practice at Pikes Peak Regional Hospital in Woodland Park on May 17. He specializes in brain and spine surgery.

Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has promoted Stacey Kontry from on-site manager to district manager at the corporate office. She began working in the residential management field in 2005 after completing a bachelor of arts degree from Albion College. She accepted a position as a property manager with Village Green Companies from 2005-2009 and has worked with a variety of ownership groups including Henderson Global Investors and UBS.
