Peak Vista Community Health Centers has announced its association with Elizabeth Barron and Meghan Cogswell. Cogswell formerly worked at Integrity Family Health Care in Colorado Springs and will now provide care at Peak Vista’s Family Health Center at Union. Barron was formerly associated with family medicine practices in Pueblo and Michigan. She will now provide care at Peak Vista’s center at International Circle.

C.W. Craig Reed, director of food and beverage at The Broadmoor, has been named a winner of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association’s Silver Plate award, which honors restaurant executives for career achievement and innovation.

Dr. Joseph Illig of Colorado Springs Neurological Associates is now practicing at the Pikes Peak Regional Hospital in Woodland Park. He specializes in spine and brain surgery.

Peak Venture Group announced the appointment of Trevor Dierdorff and Suzanne Tulien as chair and co-chair of the Middle Market Entrepreneurs. Dierdorff is president and CEO of Amnet; Tulien is principal and co-founder of the Brand Ascension Group. Middle Markets Entrepreneurs hosts breakfast forums designed to strengthen midsize companies in the Pike’s Peak region.

Chiropractor Kerri Bahnemann has opened Bahnemann Family Chiropractic at 6130 Barnes Road, Suite 116, at the northeast corner of Tutt Boulevard and Barnes. Bahnemann has more than 15 years of experience in her field.

Gene Pascarelli, equipment technician at Colorado Springs Country Club, is the winner of the Golf Course Management Most Valuable Technician Award. Pascarelli has worked as a golf course equipment technician for nearly 40 years, the last 13 of those at Colorado Springs Country Club, after nearly 20 years at The Broadmoor.

Carl DeSalvo has joined CIA-Leavitt Insurance Agency. DeSalvo has 30 years of experience in the property and casualty field.

Liliane Rowe of ERA Shields Real Estate in Colorado Springs was awarded a Beyond Excellence designation by ERA Franchise Systems. The designation, conferred at the 2011 ERA International Business Conference in Las Vegas in March, recognizes the ERA network’s top producers for excellence in real estate sales.

Chip Caruana has rejoined OfficeScapes as an account manager. Caruana was previously with OfficeScapes until 2005, when he moved to Florida.

Mary L. Snyder, dean of the University of Alaska Anchorage College of Education, has been selected as dean of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs College of Education. She begins in the post July 1. She replaces David Fenell, who has served as interim dean since July 2010.

Katie Lutze has accepted the position of vice president of finance at Peak Vista Community Health Centers. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has a bachelor of arts degree in business administration. She has 10 years of finance experience.
