Terumo Corp. has appointment David Perez as chairman of the Global Blood Management business, representing the combined businesses of Terumo Transfusion. Perez continue in his role as President and CEO of the combined Terumo Transfusion and CaridianBCT businesses.

Tom Maltais has been named Executive Director of Mosaic in Colorado Springs. He has served as interim director since March and as associate director since joining the agency in 2009. Mosaic, which was created from the 2003 merger of Martin Luther Homes and Bethphage, provides services to people with intellectual disabilities in the Pikes Peak Region.

University of the Rockies has added Dr. Paige Graham and Dr. Peter Pintus to its core faculty. Both will teach in the School of Organizational Leadership.

Graham is president of Graham Consulting Group. Most recently, she served as a vice president for Corvirtus, a consulting firm specializing in applying industrial and organizational psychology to human resource functions.

Pintus has more than 25 years of practice in global organizational leadership. Since 1998, he has owned Wild Goose Coaching and Consulting, a private consulting practice focused on developing leadership, organizational and human development programs. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Innovation from the University of Colorado at Denver.
