Jeff Tetrick, CFO of Pinnacol Assurance, was named chairman of LiveWell Colorado’s Worksite Wellness Leadership Group. He joins 12 other business leaders in encouraging more organizations to implement worksite wellness initiatives across Colorado.

Century 21 Curbow Realty announced that it has recognized Caryn Becker as one of the System’s top-producers nationwide the emerald level Century 21 Masters Award. Emerald level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum sales production of $130,000 or 40 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.

SAK Construction has added Joe Lane and Matt Wassam to its business development and marketing team in Colorado.

Lane has been named SAK’s business development leader for a cross section of strategic markets, including the energy, oil, gas and mining industries; federal agencies; and key municipal markets and accounts.

Wassam has been named SAK’s business development leader for the municipal water markets. He has been involved in the pipeline rehabilitation industry for seven years and has been instrumental in some of the nation’s largest trenchless water rehabilitation projects.

Cordillera Communications has appointed Steve Chase as director of sales for KOAA-TV. He joins KOAA from Comcast Spotlight in Colorado Springs where he was sales manager. He will oversee sales operations for KOAA (NBC) and News First Now.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has filled seven senior executive positions The following begin work effective July 1.

Roz Bedell, chief operating officer.

Steve Gunderson, director of the Water Quality Control Division.

Chris Lindley, director of the Prevention Services Division.

Nancy McDonald, director of the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division.

Karin McGowan, director of Community Relations.

Andrei Bedoya has been hired as a project manager at RMG Engineers in Colorado Springs. He was formerly a district manager at Geocal, Inc. and office manager at Terracon Consultants. In his new role he will be responsible for deep and shallow foundation analysis and structural design, pavement analysis and design and Structural design of earth retention systems, among other duties.

Judy Valentine, senior director of contract operations for Goodwill, has received the Management Excellence Award from AbilityOne, a national program providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities through federal contracts.

Woods & Aitken LLP has hired attorney Phil Winegar as an associate in its Denver office. Phil has an extensive background in construction and hands-on knowledge of the construction industry.
