The Nancy Brown Agency, Inc. of American Family Insurance has hired Joelle McMahon Boyce.

Starkey Mortgage has promoted Ruth Vogt to the position of senior vice president, Colorado regional manager. She has more than 25 years of experience in mortgage banking.

Jim Harris has joined the Downtown Partnership Board of Directors. He was appointed March 11. He is also senior vice president and regional business banking manager for Wells Fargo Southern Colorado .

The Osteopathic Foundation has elected new officers. They include:

William Griffis, D.O., Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, President; Thomas Higginbotham, D.O., Occupational Medicine Specialist, President-Elect; Curry Horak, M.D., Emergency Medicine Physician, Secretary; Penny Sayre, C.P.A., Stockman, Kast, Ryan & Company, Treasurer; and John Kurish, D.O. Christy Stettler has rejoined Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation as a development coordinator. She has 20 years of experience in the Colorado Springs nonprofit sector, including serving as Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Center’s executive director.

Dr. Scott van Tonningen has been promoted to vice provost for the Colorado Technical University Colorado Springs and Pueblo campuses. In his new role, he will be responsible for the quality of education provided to CTU students in the southern Colorado region. He has been with CTU for 13 years.

Jason Ramsey has been named director of career services for the Colorado Technical University Colorado Springs and Pueblo campuses. In this role, Ramsey coordinates the resources, tools and connections with local employers to help CTU students and graduates pursue their career goals. Ramsey has more than a decade of experience in the career services field.

Kate Carr has been promoted to the position of director at BKD, LLP.

Marcella Ardan has been promoted to the position of manager at BKD, LLP.

Christopher Telli has been promoted to the position of senior manager at BKD, LLP.

Kleinfelder, a global science, engineering and architecture consulting firm, has hired Jane E. Boand as principal professional and environmental planning project manager. She will lead the firm’s environmental planning and permitting (EP&P) efforts in the region, with specific responsibilities including marketing, project management, training, development of strategic initiatives and identification.

Ken Lund, the chief legal counsel in Gov. John Hickenlooper’s office, has been named executive director of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade effective Aug. 1. He will replace Dwayne Romero.

Xiotech has appointed Doug O’Shaughnessy as vice president of services. He will be charged with overseeing delivery of all services and the strategic direction of the services organization. He has more than 20 years of experience.
