Breakfast with the Chamber-Military Focus

The Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce will host its Breakfast with the Chamber from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on July 7.

Maj. Gen. Mike Edwards, USAF, will discuss the Colorado National Guard’s roles and missions and significant accomplishments throughout their 150+ year history.

Pre-payment is required. Event registration will close 24 hours before the event. Walk-ins are welcome but meals are not guaranteed. The cost is $25 for Chamber members; $35 for non-Chamber members.

Rising Professionals – Professional Development Luncheon

The Chamber Rising Professionals will host Dr. Regina Lewis as she presents Standing On The Shoulders Of Others To See The Authentic Leader In You.

She is currently the Department Chair of the Communications Department, Assistant Dean of Communications, Humanities and Technical Studies, and director of the Women’s Forum at Pikes Peak Community College. She holds a doctorate in Philosophy of Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy.

Grant-seeking for Nonprofits

The Pikes Peak Library District will host a class about grant-seeking for nonprofits from 8 to 10 a.m.

Learn how to identify foundation and corporate giving programs using free online databases accessible through the Pikes Peak Library District.
