Charlie Kerr has been promoted to the position of chief operating officer at Miracle Method, which specializes in commercial and residential resurfacing and refinishing.

Doug O’Shaughnessy has joined Xiotech as vice president of services. He will be charged with overseeing delivery of all services and the strategic direction of Xiotech’s services organization.

Dave Briggs has qualified for the Top of the Million Dollar Roundtable for the 11th straight year. He is a member of PathNorth leadership council and is currently the chairman for the American Heart Association Heart Ball 2012.

Donna Rens has been promoted to assistant manager of The Bank at Broadmoor’s downtown location. Rens was a customer service representative at the bank’s Lake Avenue office. She has more than nine years of experience in customer service, mortgage banking and management.

Janelle Korbas has joined the tax team at SSA, P.C. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Security Service Federal Credit Union has announced that Mark Wild has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of lending for the mountain region. In his new position, he will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of SSFCU’s consumer and indirect lending products in the credit union’s Colorado and Utah regions He has 29 years of experience in the industry.

John Faries, a CPA with 16 years of credit union experience, has joined Aventa Credit Union as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He spent the past 10 years working with Space Age Federal Credit Union in Aurora, including more than five years as a vice president over accounting, marketing, and business development.

Sean Reilly has joined Madsen Real Estate Group as an Associate Broker. He has more than five years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he worked as a commercial insurance broker with a mid-size brokerage firm in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Leading Producers Round Table of the National Association of Health Underwriters announces that Tom Voake, president and CEO of Effective Choices, Inc., has qualified to receive the association’s Eagles Award. The Eagles Award is bestowed upon individuals who have demonstrated professional excellence in the sale of health and disability income insurance.
