Nominations for the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame 2012 class will close Aug. 26. Nomination forms are available on the organization’s website, www.cogreatwomen.org. The hall inducts women of diverse backgrounds, from pioneers to politicians, educators to entrepreneurs, during a gala event held in their honor in March.

The Colorado Department of Revenue offers a tax class from 1 to 4 p.m. regarding the laws surrounding state sales and use taxes applicable to businesses conducting sales in Colorado.
