Hearings planned on HCA/HealthOne deal

Colorado Attorney General John Suthers will hold two public hearings about the HealthOne/HCA deal, according to the Denver Businss Journal.

HCA is buying out the Colorado Health Foundation’s stake in HealthOne for a deal of about $1.45 billion, which will make the foundation one of the largest in the country.
