GOP balks at taxes to pay for jobs plan

President Barack Obama seems set for another huge Congressional battle, this time over his $447 billion jobs plan.

Despite the popularity of extending the payroll tax deduction, Republicans don’t want to end itemized deductions for people who make more than $250,000, reports the Wall Street Journal.
