The Department of Revenue says the state wants to raise more money for projects like state parks and schools.

That’s a voter issue, I would think. Unless Former gov. ritter is your new employee, who makes dicision on his own with the help of others who ignore the rights of the people. Your LOTTERY ranking is a lowly D. why so stingy ? Same old games, just different color schemes. sew up your pockets and let the players win for a change. Thiry years of deceptoin. The odds of 1in4 is a winner, is a joke. you now know how to control the lotto no.s by using electronic’s instead of the old way. Aways try to get over on the voters. Hey! statewide players the colo. lottery is not being forthcoming with the truth. You would think that they are putting up the 40,000,000. I don’t think so!
