The Broomfield-based announced the completion of the move on Thursday. To mark the occasion, executives from the Broomfield-based company rang the opening bell at the exchange.
Level 3 operates a long-distance telecommunications network and recently acquired Global Crossing in a stock swap valued at about $2 billion.
