Nonprofits seeking grant information and work force development initiative money available through the Affordable Care Act can now go to a single location: Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet’s website.

The guide to grants includes a directory of departments and offices in charge of administering programs and is organized by title of the ACA. Included is a grant description, application timeline, most recent appropriation and information on eligibility requirements. Bennet says his office will keep the information up to date as the Department of Health and Human Services releases more information.

Colorado has already seen some grant money through the community based care transitions program, a pilot project based on work in Grand Junction and Denver. The state also received grant money to create its health insurance exchange program.
