The National Retail Federation this week released its list of retailers with the best customer service rankings.
Rankings are based on results of consumers who were surveyed Sept. 6-14.
The top 10, in alphabetical order are:

- JCPenney
- Kohl’s Department Stores
- Lands’ End
- L.L.Bean
- Newegg
- Nordstrom
- Overstock.com
- QVC
- Zappos
