AT&T’s plan to buy T-Mobile might be dead
Bloomberg is reporting that AT & T’s plan to buy T-Mobile might be dead.
AT&T wanted to buy T-Mobile for $49 billion, and the federal government had challenged the deal based on anti-trust concerns. But a federal judge put the government’s objections on hold. The company has until Jan. 12 to announce if it still plans to buy T-Mobile.
However, some analysts say the deal is dead.
