Fewer people refinancing, buying homes

Recent trends in Colorado mortgage repayments show fewer people are refinancing homes, according to the Denver Business Journal.

There are also fewer home purchases, according to state reports – in spite of record low interest rates.

The number of deeds of trust released in the state is down more than 13 percent.
