For the second time this year, a judge has dismissed a criminal case against a doctor accused of writing medical marijuana recommendations without giving physical examinations.
Arapahoe County District Judge Carlos Samour dismissed charges of conspiracy to distribute marijuana, forgery and attempting to influence a public servant against Dr. Manuel Aquino-Villaman.
The judge ruled that the doctor’s actions were lawful under the Colorado Constitution.
