State review board revises, approves anti-abortion measure

Personhood Colorado is moving ahead with its third attempt to pass a bill controlling women’s reproductive rights in Colorado, according to the Denver Post.

The ballot measure would extend “personhood” rights to any “human beings at any stage of development.”

The review board changed the suggested balot language to remove “right to life” and re-ordered other language before approving the measure.
