Drivers can talk to each other through Bluetooth phones, they can ask for directions and dial up satellite radio.
But all those electronic features mean that entertainment computers in cars could be hacked to tell the safety feature computers in cars what to do. While safety and entertainment components are supposed to be separate, they aren’t always. In fact, one report says that computers could be the cause for unintentional acceleration in Toyotas, reports Bloomberg.
