Real estate diversity program starts in April

Denver is starting a program to attract more women and minorities into the real estate field, according to the Denver Business Journal.

The Real Estate Diversity Initiative is funded by the Urban Land Institute, and will partner 36 participants with ULI leaders and local real estate professionals.

  2. I think this is good for potential home buyers, as it may give them more realtors to choose from; however, I’m skeptical the real estate market can handle an infusion of new employees. There isn’t much hiring going on right now, and probably will not be for awhile.
