Business owners can’t use deadly force if threatened
Known as the business “Make my day” bill, the Senate failed to pass a bill that would allow business owners to use deadly force to protect their businesses, reports the Associated Press.
Democrats rejected the measure, claiming it was unnecessary. The state already has a similar law to protect homeowners.
