Ent Federal Credit Union promoted Jeremy Davis to business banker. Davis has been with Ent for more than four years and previously served as a business consultant at its Jackson Creek service center. Davis will serve the business banking needs of the credit union’s southern cluster, which includes Galley, Westside, Jetwing, Peterson Air Force Base and Schriever Air Force Base service centers.

Chana Kolman has been named public relations and special events director for Maxx HD Sunglasses. Kolman is a native of Colorado Springs and joins the Maxx team with a background in sales/marketing/PR and event logistics management. She will assist Maxx with PR, promotions, sponsorships, community involvement and in launching a new strategic sales and marketing campaign to expand retail sales on a national level.

PK Powell has been named to the newly created position of director of business development and social media marketing for the local creative firm, Helium. She was most recently at the Colorado Springs Independent as an outside sales account executive. Powell will provide a social media aspect for Helium clients.

Griffis/Blessing, Inc. announced the promotion of Kelly Baines to the position of assistant portfolio manager. Baines will be responsible for assisting senior vice president Pat Stanforth, CPM, in day-to-day operations at sites. Her duties also include software reporting and maintenance. Baines is a certified trainer for OneSite Leasing and Rents and leads quarterly trainings for new employees. She is working on a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Regis University.

Merrick & Company’s Gary Outlaw and Peter Dixon have both been named vice presidents, and will lead the geospatial solutions firm’s corporate business development professionals and market sector leaders in achieving Merrick’s growth visions. Outlaw will focus on leading the firm’s business development efforts covering the Infrastructure market sector (civil engineering, surveying and mapping as well as water resources). Dixon will oversee business development for the national security facilities, nuclear services & technology, energy, and life sciences divisions. Other responsibilities include working closely with Merrick’s senior executives in contributing to strategic planning, planning for both new market and project opportunities, as well as offering ideas on long range vision for the firm’s business development efforts.
