Meeting planners on the search for their next meeting location can get details about The Broadmoor, including requests for proposal, on the hotel’s new meetings blog and Facebook page.
The Broadmoor launched its meetings blog, alongside its resort blog and wedding blog, and a meetings Facebook page this week to keep its potential clients in the social media loop.
Earlier this month, the Broadmoor was named the best meeting place, outside of Denver, by the readers of Colorado Meetings + Events magazine. The hotel has 185,000 square feet of meeting space and group meetings make up about 70 percent of all room bookings, according to Broadmoor marketing officials.
“At The Broadmoor, we understand the challenges of planning the perfect meeting or conference,” said John Rovie, director of sales. “That’s why we’ve launched these new platforms. We want to create places where like-minded professionals can not only learn about what’s available at The Broadmoor, but also gain valuable information and advice on how to stage the perfect meeting, wherever they might be planning to execute.”
