Aurora incentives deal funds hundreds of jobs

Cooper Lighting will bring 650 jobs to Aurora during the next 10 years in exchange for $208,700 in incentives, reports the Aurora Sentinel.

Cooper Lighting is a subsidiary of the Irish company Cooper Electronics, and makes incandescent and florescent and LED bulbs.

It will invest $12 million to improve a warehouse facility and spend about $400,000 in capital upgrades.
