Trader Joe’s chooses Denver site

Trader Joes has signed a letter of intent to put its first store on Colorado Boulevard, says the Denver Business Journal.

It would be the grocery store’s second location. A location in Boulder will open next year.

The location is on the corner of Colorado and Eighth Avenue, the site where a hotel was once planned.
