European banks unprepared for Greek exit from euro

If Greece abandons the euro, then European banks will fill the pinch, said Bloomberg.

Those banks are already holding huge debts from Spain, Italy, Portugal and Ireland, and remain vulnerable to contagion if the Greeks withdraw.
