Foreclosures amount to 30 percent of home sales in Colo.
In the first quarter of 2012, foreclosure-related sales made up 30 percent of all residential homes sales in the state, according to the Denver Business Journal.
However, those sales were down 13.5 percent from the first quarter of 2011, said realtytrac.com.
