Cylinda Walker has joined Harris Group Realty as a broker associate. She has more than 10 years of property management and real estate sales experience.

Bryan Spiess, Farmers Insurance agent in Colorado Springs, has completed the Career Agents Course at the University of Farmers training facility in Agoura Hills, Calif. The university is national in scope, and offers training to Farmers’ 15,000 agents and their staff, 500 district managers and 10,000 claims staff year round.

Sixteen local community leaders participated and graduated from the annual executive leadership training program at the Center for Creative Leadership: Andrea Barker, HB&A Architects; Lance Bolton, Pikes Peak Community College; Matt Carpenter, El Pomar Foundation; Julian Flores, Atlas Preparatory School; Karla Grazier, Goodwill Industries; Bob Lally, Colorado Technical University; Dan Malinaric, Atmel Corporation; Hans Mueh, U.S. Air Force Academy; Deborah Muehleisen, Pikes Peak United Way; Nathan Newbrough, Colorado Springs Philharmonic; Sherri Newell, Colorado Springs Utilities; Gary Peacock, Walmart; David Prince, 4th Judicial District; Patricia Ruffini, Colorado Springs Teen Court; Glenn Strebe, Air Academy Federal Credit Union; and T. Thompson, USAFA Association of Graduates.

Maxx HD Sunglasses named Jeff Anaya the new collegiate sales/ marketing manager for the new Maxx HD sunglasses collegiate line. Anaya has a bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis in sports marketing management from New Mexico State University. He will focus on creating a sales and marketing plan to create collegiate sales and product awareness at a national level.

Garden of the Gods Club named Christina Regnier director of sales. Regnier will manage the property sales and catering team and will be responsible for guest room and catering revenues. Most recently, Regnier served as the director of catering at Antlers Hilton. She has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, assisting with hotel transitions in Arizona, Oregon and Colorado.
