I have loved and been a part of the Broadmoor since first seeing it as a little girl in 1970. I worked there, played there, met friends in the old drug store (now gone) soda fountain, cheered for our CMHS hockey team in the old world arena, was an assistant "social director" in my college summers, married in one of the penthouse suites, walked around the lake during pregnancies and had my mother's celebration of life brunch on the veranda when she passed away.

SO - its a place that is so dear to my heart and my personal history. I think Steve Bartolin is such a gift to the hotel. Before he arrived the hotel was becoming so run down and the "old school" was just that! The changes that have been made to this Grand Dame are extraordinary and makes me love it even more.

Can't wait to see what the future brings!

Think I will check in on a regular basis. Literally!

Cheers to the Broadmoor and Steve Bartolin and his team.
