New Colorado highway to cost $542 million

Building a new highway that would connect Limon with Rapid City, South Dakota, would cost abour %542 million and take 20 years, said the Denver Business Journal.

What’s being called the Heartland Expressway would be a four-lane highway stretching 498 miles, with 200 miles in Nebraska.
